Employee / AP Vendor Creation & Sync
KBS Connector syncs employees that have been created in BambooHR into Spectrum as an AP vendor.
This is helpful for situations when a large number of employees have payroll expenses that are paid through the AP module in Spectrum. Currently, when an employee updates their personal information in BambooHR (email address, banking information, etc.), a payroll or AP administrator most make note of the change and manually update the employee’s vendor details in Spectrum.
KBS Connector can now sync with AP Vendor and update any new details automatically.
When a new employee is onboarded, KBS Connector, upon syncing the employee to the payroll module in Spectrum, can also create a new vendor in the AP module, using the same code or a different code if desired. This is a separate sync that can be selected for some employees only, as needed.
Additionally, this sync can be set up as a scheduled sync or can be used as an on-demand sync.
