Now that the Connector implementation is complete, do you still need access to our Bamboo instance?
The “KBS Connector” or “Spectrum Sync” user must remain active at all times as the API key required for the Connector to work is tied to this user.
You are welcome to change the KBS/21M employee access if you like, however we recommend keeping at least one employee active in order to provide the best possible service should there be any issues with the Connector in the future.
