KBS Connector can sync syncs employees that have been created in BambooHR into Spectrum as an AP vendor.
This is helpful for situations when a large number of employees have payroll expenses that are paid through the AP module in Spectrum. Currently, when an employee updates their personal information in BambooHR (email address, banking information, etc.), an individual most take a payroll or AP administrator most make note of the change and manually update the employee’s vendor details in Spectrum.
The KBS Connector can now sync with AP vendor Vendor and update any new details automatically.
When a new employee is onboarded, the KBS Connector, upon syncing the employee to the payroll module in Spectrum, can also create a new vendor in the AP module, using the same code or a different code if desired. This is a separate sync that can be selected for some employees only, as needed.
